I’m in-network with many major insurance plans in both Texas and Florida through Headway. If your plan is eligible, you’ll be able to use it for sessions.

That said, some clients still choose to pay out-of-pocket for the added privacy, flexibility, and control it provides. If you're unsure which route is best for you, I’m happy to help talk through your options.

*All Sliding Scale spots are currently full.

  • Each session is about 55 minutes. The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We'll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you hope to get out of it, and any questions you have. I’ll guide the conversation gently—no pressure to share everything all at once.

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a research-backed therapy that helps your brain process stuck memories, beliefs, or emotions—especially those tied to anxiety, trauma, or overwhelm. It’s great for those times when you know you’re okay logically… but still feel unsafe or stuck. We go at your pace and with your consent every step of the way. Here’s a link to more info about EMDR, if you’d like.

  • Yes! All therapy sessions are held online unless you're booking a beach walk session (the only in-person option I offer). That means you can show up from anywhere in Texas or Florida—comfy clothes, pets, and all.

  • At this time, the only in-person sessions I offer are Beach Walk Therapy—because sometimes the best place to process is with your feet in the sand and the sea breeze in your hair. You can head over to this page to learn more about what these sessions are like and whether they might be a good fit for you.

  • In many cases, yes! Depending on your location and licensing laws, I may be able to offer virtual sessions while you’re abroad. If not, I can still support you when you're stateside—whether you're preparing to leave, taking a furlough, or reentering. Reach out and we can talk through options.

  • I welcome the integration of faith, but never force it. For clients who want their Christian beliefs to be part of therapy, I’m happy to hold space for prayer, scripture reflection, or spiritually grounded conversation. And if that’s not something you’re looking for—that’s absolutely okay too. My goal is always to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and tailored to you.

  • Totally okay. Many people need time to decide. You're welcome to follow along on Instagram for now, or schedule a free 15-minute call to see how it feels. There’s no pressure—just an open door when you're ready.

  • I ask that all sessions be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel late or don’t show up, you’ll be charged the full session fee. For clients using insurance, that means you’ll be charged the full private pay rate of $110, as insurance doesn’t cover missed appointments. Life happens, so if something unexpected comes up, just reach out—we’ll do our best to navigate it together.

  • Yes! I accept insurance through Headway, which partners with many major insurance plans in both Texas and Florida. If you’re unsure whether your plan is covered, you can check through Headway here or reach out and I’ll help you figure it out.
